Consultation focuses on client situation analysis, organizational effectiveness, transformational leadership, workplace performance improvement, organizational redesign and optimization, and organizational change. Ongoing consultation sessions for clients to work on action plans, work progress, and next steps after completing an initial consultation plan of action.
