Energy Leadership™ Development System

Service Description

The Energy Leadership™ Development System (ELDS) is a complete 16-week client program (1 hour weekly sessions) that focuses on "the 7 levels of leadership, leadership strengths and gaps, removing barriers, emotional intelligence, dynamic communication, influencing others, problem solving, productivity, high energy relationships, health/wellness, and time management/balance." This 16- week program is offered in both group & individual formats. Group format sessions are on a set schedule. Individual format sessions are booked based on the client's selected session dates/times. Energy Leadership™ Development System (ELDS) content are trademarked and copyrighted intellectual property of Bruce D. Schneider and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours or more in advance at: lisaerck@elevate-u-coaching.com. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance, missed appointments, or no shows are non-refundable.
